You'll have the opportunity to

  • Design and deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical products that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful reporting and insights.
  • Lead reporting improvements and contribute to the development of reporting frameworks, standards, and best practice.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members while helping build capability across the wider team.

About you | Mōu

You're a curious and experienced analytics professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and helping others make informed decisions. You bring strong technical capability, thrive on stakeholder engagement, and can turn complex information into meaningful insights.

We value potential and growth over perfection. If you meet most of the criteria and are excited about making a difference, we encourage you to apply if you:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Have 5+ years’ relevant experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Bring strong SQL and Power BI skills, with experience in Snowflake, dbt, Python, Git, or similar tools highly regarded.
  • Have experience in designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and self-service analytical solutions.
  • Can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and confidently partner with a range of business audiences.
  • Have experience leading analytical work and supporting the development of analytical capability across a team.
