Job Openings Product Manager

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to shape product features and positioning.
Design end-to-end product solutions including game mechanics, UX, monetization models, and risk control.
Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex requirements and produce comprehensive, high-quality - Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Axure, Figma, or Sketch.
Lead requirement review sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with development, design, and operations teams for on-time delivery.
Manage development timelines, coordinate iterations, and ensure optimal performance.
Supervise product testing, QA, and final acceptance for high-quality release.
Monitor KPIs such as user behavior, engagement, and betting metrics.
Collect and integrate user feedback to enhance product functionality and retention.
Stay informed on industry trends to fuel innovation and maintain competitiveness.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT related product management roles.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure, Figma, and Sketch.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to write detailed PRDs.
Familiarity with front-end and back-end development processes for effective collaboration with technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills to ensure smooth execution.
Data-driven approach to enhance user experience and business results.
Responsible and able to work well under pressure.
