A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Market Development & Procedure Adoption

• Develop the bone metastasis ablation market by defining the market development strategy, building clinical awareness, and accelerating therapy adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities, accelerate procedure adoption, and expand patient access through market development and physician education.

Product & Portfolio Management

• Lead new product introductions and end-to-end life-cycle management for interventional ablation capital equipment, disposables, and procedure solutions.
• Develop portfolio, pricing, positioning, and channel strategies based on clinical needs, competitive dynamics, and evolving market-access requirements.
• Manage mature products in a highly competitive market by strengthening differentiation, protecting market share, optimizing pricing and channel strategies, and sustaining profitable growth.

Clinical Education & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Communicate a compelling China market story to global and upstream teams, influence strategic priorities, secure necessary resources, and ensure those resources are effectively leveraged to support local growth.
• Partner with sales, clinical, medical, regulatory, market access, and training teams to deliver physician education, customer engagement, and consistent commercial execution.
• Provide indirect leadership to sales teams and other cross-functional partners by setting clear direction, aligning priorities, influencing without authority, and driving accountable execution.

Business Operations & Customer Support

• Manage demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and supply coordination

across capital equipment and procedure-based consumables.

• Resolve urgent customer, product, and operational issues while protecting procedure continuity and business performance.
