• Conduct research to identify customer and market needs for the

OLX & OLXMobbi products.

• Define user stories, customer journeys, and personas, and

collaborate with the UI/UX team to create wireframes for OLX &

OLXMobbi.

• Analyze and design the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to

align with the OLX & OLXMobbi product roadmap, including business

strategy, prioritization, MVP, value proposition, customer journey,

business/financial model, success metrics, POCs, business

processes, and application development/backlog.

• Work closely with the Agile team, including UI/UX designers/researchers, developers, QA/testers, and business

operations support for efficient development under an Agile and

DevOps framework, and collaborate with product data analytics to

define and verify data requirements.

• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and provide

ongoing support with QA and production support teams.

• Prepare and manage all necessary development documents,

including the PRD, wireframes, and use of JIRA tools.
