We are Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets. We always aim to leverage cutting-edge technology, providing the best experience to our millions of customers who trust us for their entertainment.

We are a diverse team of more than 2.700 Kaizeners, from 40+ nationalities spreading across 3 continents.

Our #oneteam is proud to be among the Best Workplaces in Europe and certified Great Place to Work across our offices. Here, there’ll be no average day for you. Ready to Press Play on Potential?

Let's start with the role

As a Product Analyst on the Platform team, you will bridge the gap between user understanding and data-driven decision-making. You will shape how product performance is measured by asking the right questions, designing the right studies, and synthesising both qualitative insights and quantitative signals into clear, actionable recommendations.

We are looking for a hybrid user researcher and product analyst who combines rigorous user research craft with strong product analytics fluency. Our ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller who uses both data and human insight to ensure that every product decision — from roadmap prioritisation to post-launch measurement — is grounded in evidence.

As a Product Analyst, you will

User Research & Insight Generation

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (including interviews, surveys, shadowing) to uncover user needs, pain points, and mental models;
  • Design and run in-product micro-surveys;
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, in clear, compelling narratives.

Product Analytics & Measurement

  • Define and monitor key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion, feature adoption) and KPIs tied to business outcomes;
  • Leverage the transactional data lake to connect customer journeys with business results;
  • Implement GA4 tagging to map journeys, surface pain points, and feed roadmap prioritisation.

Synthesise, Hypothesise & Optimise

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into high-confidence, actionable insights;
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses to close user pain points or improve feature performance;
  • Define and validate North Star and guardrail metrics for new product areas.

Dashboards, Reporting & Knowledge Management

  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serving reporting for real-time visibility into feature health;
  • Maintain a shared research repository so qual and quant evidence stay discoverable and connected.

Cross-functional Partnership

  • Represent both the voice of the customer and the voice of the data in product discussions;
  • Advise the Platform team across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch measurement;
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, BI teams, and other Product Analysts to prioritise roadmap items on evidence and impact.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics in a consumer internet business, or a high-growth, fast-paced product organisation ;
  • Hands-on experience planning and conducting user interviews, and surveys — with the ability to synthesise findings into actionable recommendations;
  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs, and building measurement frameworks that connect user behaviour to business outcomes;
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other product or experience analytics platforms;
  • Ability to independently determine and establish data analysis priorities, balancing ongoing projects with requests from various stakeholders;
  • Strong presentation skills to share insights and influence stakeholders;
  • A detail-oriented, impact-driven, customer-centric approach to both research and data analysis;
  • A demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously exploring new AI capabilities and championing their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the sports betting or iGaming industry;
  • Experience with research repository tools such as Dovetail for organising and sharing research insights;
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms.

Kaizen Gaming Perks

  • A buddy will support you with your onboarding
  • Competitive pay & bonus scheme
  • Developmental 360° feedback framework
  • Family Support
  • Hybrid way of working
  • Monthly meal allowance
  • Private health insurance for you & your family
