Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP
Build multi-agent systems with tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning
Implement error handling, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
Ensure compliance with data classification and privacy obligations
Classify automation builds by risk tier and maintain audit logging
Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks for HRKX
Train People team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows
Track and report on automation impact and capacity gains

5+ years software engineering experience
2+ years building AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production
2-3+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or people technology
Deep working knowledge of Workday including job change workflows and EIB uploads
Proficiency with n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK
Experience connecting HR systems via API
Understanding of employee data classification and PII handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Workday Prism, Qualtrics, or other BI and HR analytics tools
Experience using AI for text analysis, survey insights, or workflow automation
Experience with Ashby including API integration and pipeline automation
Experience with spreadsheet automation (Google Apps Script) and advanced Excel/Sheets
Python or R programming skills for people data analysis
Background in HR technology platform administration
Prior experience standing up HR automation or people analytics function
Degree with quantitative focus (I/O Psychology, Math, Statistics)
Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth remote-first company
