Role Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in driving financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency for the Global Supply Management Performance (GSMP) Finance division. Operating at the intersection of business intelligence, process design, and digital transformation, you will support the consolidated tracking of key performance indicators across international markets. By collaborating closely with regional and global finance networks, this individual will transform traditional reporting frameworks, streamline multi-country data flows, and implement innovative system solutions to elevate performance visibility and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Financial Reporting: Manage and deliver standard monthly performance deliverables—including inflation assessments and actual performance snapshots—while supporting quarterly inputs for investor relations and business review decks.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities across global financial workflows to design, document, and implement automated, streamlined reporting solutions.
- KPI & Digital Innovation: Participate in the evolution, construction, and deployment of modern supply management KPIs in close collaboration with global data and systems teams.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Partner with regional and group finance stakeholders across international hubs to support digitalization initiatives and align reporting standards.
- Ad-Hoc Business Analysis: Conduct specialized financial analyses and reconcile data across enterprise platforms to address dynamic business needs.
Requirements
- Background & Education: Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience within an international environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, along with hands-on experience using modern data collection and analytical systems.
- Analytical & Process Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and proven ability to manage complex, large-scale financial datasets under tight reporting deadlines.
- Interpersonal & Collaborative Attributes: Strong communication skills with a self-starting, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to high ethical standards in financial management.
- Language Capabilities: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset.
