Senior Product Manager (Payments)

Business Unit

Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.

What the Role Entails

• Develop product solutions for overseas wallets and their users’ payment and consumption needs, driving product implementation and supporting business growth objectives.
• Analyze key issues across the localized user experience, transaction conversion, and partner collaboration for overseas wallet users, and translate them into clear product strategies and solutions.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to drive cross-border payment projects end-to-end, from requirement alignment and solution design through launch and ongoing operations.
• Stay current on developments across overseas wallets, cross-border payments, payment networks, and payments ecosystem. Translate market trends and business practices into product insights that support business planning and decision-making.

Who We Look For

• 3+ years of product management experience. Experience in payments, digital wallets, cross-border payments, fintech, transaction platforms, open platforms, or merchant services is preferred.
• Experience with cross-border payment networks, wallet interoperability platforms, payment platforms, cross-border acquiring, payment aggregation, or related products is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different regions in support of operational needs.
• Strong ability to understand complex businesses and multi-party ecosystems, quickly identify stakeholder roles, business constraints, and product boundaries, and form clear, structured judgments.
