Role Overview

PradeepIT is seeking a talented and experienced Appian Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Appian development, with a focus on analysis, design, and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on global projects for our esteemed customers.

Technical Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Appian BPM, including designing conceptual workflows, developing BPM processes, building user interfaces, and integrating with multiple systems.
• Experience with Appian Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Expression Rules, and Functions.
• Familiarity with Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, and Document Management in Appian.
• Knowledge of web services and integration is preferred.
• Experience with Web API/REST API development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Appian BPM solutions, including designing conceptual workflows and developing BPM processes.
• Build user interfaces that meet user requirements and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integrate Appian solutions with multiple systems using Appian Process Models and integration Smart Services.
• Utilize your expertise in Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, and Document Management to enhance Appian applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Appian projects.
• Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Appian certifications are a plus.
