Product Manager – Retail/FnB

Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Product Direction & Development Planning

• Define the direction and develop the product development plan for the Retail Division, with the objective of making the product one of the trusted solutions with a strong position in the Vietnamese market.

2. Product Development Coordination

• Work closely with relevant departments, including Software Engineering Management and Product Analysis & Design Management, to ensure that the product is developed in the right direction, on schedule, and with high quality.

3. Market Expansion & Customer Development

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to expand the market and develop the customer base, contributing to the achievement of the company’s business objectives.

4. Market Research & Product Improvement

• Research and gain a deep understanding of market and customer needs; stay updated on legal regulations related to household businesses and individual business households; and monitor development trends in the retail industry in Vietnam and globally to identify ideas for improving and developing highly competitive products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields from leading universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Academy of Finance, Vietnam National University, or equivalent institutions.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in an equivalent role at a software company with products or services related to the Retail sector.
• Ability to conduct systematic market and customer research, analyze data to support decision-making, and effectively develop business and product development plans.
• Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong passion for and long-term career orientation toward technology product development; interest in applying technology to improve work efficiency; and a desire to create products that deliver value to society.
• Candidates with an MBA are preferred.
