Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the stack
  • Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations
  • Evaluate trade-offs, write design docs, and drive decisions to consensus
  • Own testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support
  • Mentor and support other engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work and manage risk
  • Champion secure engineering practices for sensitive patient and clinical data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tooling, and development processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
  • Significant work on production SaaS applications
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for back-end and API development
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server
  • Strong front-end skills with React
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Solid grounding in API design using REST or GraphQL
  • Experience with relational data modeling
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Preferred

  • Experience with NoSQL stores such as MongoDB
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated environments
  • Familiarity with HIPAA
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with modern observability tooling
