Key Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Cutover Validation for Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, defect management, and test reporting.
• Validate Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM business processes end-to-end.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, System Integrators, and implementation partners during CRP, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Perform Oracle quarterly release validation and impact assessments.
• Lead testing teams while ensuring project quality, governance, and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion functional testing experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance (FIN):
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM:
• Procurement
• Inventory
• Order Management (OM)
• Manufacturing
• Supply Planning
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Knowledge of Oracle quarterly releases and impact analysis.
• Exposure to Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
