Design, build, and launch new features on employer job management web applications
Build reusable components and wire them to GraphQL APIs
Turn designs into accessible, responsive interfaces across devices and locales
Own and support shipped surfaces, keeping them free of client-side errors and healthy on Core Web Vitals
Use A/B experiments, real-user monitoring, and product analytics to make data-informed decisions
Support other engineers through code review and knowledge sharing
Contribute to system architecture and technical design
Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards
Use metrics, logging, and analytics to improve system performance
Collaborate with partners across engineering, product, data science, and design

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience
Proficiency in one or more modern backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, or similar)
Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, and resilient systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
Frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript
Experience with GraphQL APIs
Experience with micro-frontend architecture
