As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Product & Innovation team in planning, developing and improving digital products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and designers while developing your product management capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Support the Product Manager & Senior Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and managing the product lifecycle.
- Gather and document business and user requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Coordinate with business, engineering, UI/UX and other technical teams to support product delivery.
- Assist in managing the product backlog, tracking progress and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Support user acceptance testing, defect tracking, product releases and post-implementation monitoring.
- Conduct basic research and data analysis to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare product updates, reports, presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
Your Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- Up to two years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to product management, business analysis, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Agile processes and product development principles.
- Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, data analytics, UI/UX, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar collaboration tools is beneficial.
- Able to prepare clear requirements, user stories and product documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
