Full-Stack Developer – IONIC Expert & UX/UI Specialist (Web Portal & Mobile)

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Mobile and UX/UI to help us design and build the next generation of healthcare portals serving doctors, patients, caregivers, and facility managers. In this key role, you’ll lead the development of responsive, secure, and intuitive cross-platform applications using IONIC, Angular, and Flutter.

You’ll collaborate closely with a global team of designers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment committed to transforming healthcare experiences through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and mobile development using IONIC (web and mobile) and Angular
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible Angular components and mobile screens
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and modules
• Work with backend developers to seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote front-end best practices
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning
• Ensure optimal app performance and cross-device compatibility
• Participate in CI/CD workflows using Git and Bitbucket
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Angular, Flutter, IONIC, and mobile UX
• Collaborate in architectural planning, hands-on development, and product delivery

This is a fully on-site position, requiring daily presence at the office in : Al-Bireh/Ramallah, Palestine

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IONIC and Angular
• 2+ years of experience with Flutter or similar mobile frameworks
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Skilled in mobile-first and responsive design implementation
• Experience converting UI/UX designs into functional apps
• Solid understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum workflows, and working with remote teams
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Background in healthcare data systems or regulatory compliance (HIPAA, etc.)
