Ensure that these changes are clearly communicated and effectively introduced into the market. Define the scope of MLD activities that improve platform quality, resilience to obsolescence, cost competitiveness, and customer fit by incorporating field feedback. Maximize product lifecycle value through active installed-base management and clearly defined upgrade paths.
  • PDLM initiatives: Support or lead smaller PDLM initiatives by translating customer needs, market dynamics, and clinical workflow insights into clear value propositions, robust business cases, and product requirements with strong market fit and competitive differentiation. Guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, establish compelling product claims, and support successful market launches.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, especially with market organizations, Sales Enablement and Downstream marketing to drive for increased Sales performance and continuous platform improvements.

You’re the right fit if

  • 5 years of Product Management experience within the healthcare technology industry, preferably in the space of minimally invasive therapies or in closely related area
  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, combined with proven project and stakeholder management capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills. You are a fast learner who can navigate complex business environments and portfolio interdependencies effectively.
  • Ability to define value propositions, identify competitive strengths and weaknesses, develop pricing strategies and business cases, and manage continuously evolving market requirements.
  • Passion for using AI and data to improve daily efficiency, generate and quantify business-relevant insights, and understand the opportunities and implications of AI-enabled innovation.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, service, and commercial organizations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Success Measures include

  • Platform robustness: Ensure business continuity by mitigation obsolescence risks on time and rapidly implement quality corrections and removals while meeting commitments to regulatory authorities.
  • Continuous platform performance improvement: Deliver measurable improvements in product quality, cost competitiveness, financial performance, usability and market-share performance.
