About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer 3 who combines strong problem-solving ability with solid design craft. In this role, you will own product areas end-to-end, create high-quality designs, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to ship impactful solutions. You will be expected to push for excellence, contribute to systems, and grow into a craft leader for more junior designers.

What You’ll Do

Own Product Areas

Take end-to-end responsibility for medium-to-large product features, from concept to delivery.

Solve Problems with Clarity

Break down user and business challenges into clear, elegant design solutions.

Deliver with Craft

Create polished interaction and visual design that aligns with design systems and elevates user experience.

Collaborate Deeply

Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure design is central to decision-making.

Contribute to Systems

Apply and extend existing design systems, ensuring consistency across product experiences.

Articulate Decisions

Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence to peers and stakeholders.

Mentor Juniors

Guide early-career designers through feedback and critique, contributing to their growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in product design with shipped work that demonstrates craft and problem solving.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.
• Ability to translate requirements and research insights into actionable design solutions.
• Working knowledge of design systems and scalable patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to raising the quality bar.
