Job Openings IT Manager

Manages the technology infrastructure and ensures its availability, reliability, and scalability
Oversees development, implementation and upgrades of software and hardware systems
Develops and implements policies and procedures for the use of technology within the organization
Stays up-to-date with advances in technology and makes recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the organization
Ensures the security of sensitive data and systems, including implementing data backup and recovery procedures and cyber security tools
Hires and manages IT staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring their professional development
Creates documentation, communicates changes and organizes/conducts training for employees as needed
Maintains effective communication and working relationships with team members

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization
A high degree of integrity and personal responsibility
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and able to prioritize appropriately

Experience administering or supporting some of the following technologies Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations, Firewalls, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMWare, NAS, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP
General understanding of the Microsoft .NET framework C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL
