As an Internal Controls Performance Manager for Global Foreign Trade – Imports, you will be part of the Foreign Trade Compliance and Risk Management Team. This team is responsible for managing the internal controls of Bosch's import operations across multiple countries.
In this strategic role, you will drive process efficiency, design executive-level reporting frameworks, and establish transparency across our compliance network. You will leverage digitalization, standard quality methodologies, and data-driven dashboards to ensure the optimal performance of our global trade controls.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Definition & Global Reporting
Define, implement, and controlling of key performance indicators (KPIs) and global reporting structures for Foreign Trade Internal Controls.
Dashboard Design & Maintenance
Responsible to design, setup, and maintenance of interactive KPI dashboards to provide end-to-end transparency, distributing regular compliance insights to all global stakeholders.
Process Optimization (CIP & VSDia)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within internal control processes utilizing Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Lean tool such as Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
Operations Support & Problem Solving
Support and empower operational teams by introducing, training, and applying structured quality and problem-solving tools (i.e. 5 Whys, Fishbone etc).
Qualifications
Educational qualification
Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade or Logistics or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Foreign Trade with focus on Quality tools, structured Problem-Solving methodologies, and Digitalization initiatives.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- High proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, specifically SQL and Power BI.
- Advanced command of MS Excel for complex data modeling and reporting.
Mandatory Soft Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cross-cultural competencies.
- Highly developed analytical, logical, and structured thinking.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to, or familiarity with, AI-driven automation tools, Low code and No code Automation.
- Proficiency in a foreign language will be added advantage.
