SFDC - Commerce Development

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce developer to design, build, and enhance our B2B Commerce platform. This role focuses on developing scalable commerce features, integrating with enterprise systems, and delivering seamless buying experiences for complex B2B workflows.

• Development: Design and build custom features on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows for B2B storefronts and backend business logic .
• Commerce Implementation: Configure and customize native B2B Commerce functionalities including contract-based pricing, dynamic catalog routing, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and checkout processes .
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external enterprise systems (ERP, PIM, payment gateways, logistics) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms .
• Agile Delivery: Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, grooming user stories, and delivering commitments alongside Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams .
• Quality & DevOps: Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices; perform code reviews; and support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated testing (Apex Test Classes, Jest) .
• Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including significant experience on B2B Commerce Cloud (or Commerce Cloud LE) .
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Apex (including Batch and Queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) .
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API development and consumption .
• Commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce processes—catalog management, pricing tiers, order management, fulfillment, and procurement workflows .
• Tools & Methods: Familiarity with Git version control, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies .

Nice-to-Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, B2B Commerce, or Experience Cloud certifications .
• Experience with headless commerce architectures or LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) .
• Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) or CPQ
