Senior Data & BI Engineer

Role Purpose

Build data pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboards that help clients turn data into trusted insights and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines from different data sources.
• Clean, transform, and validate data.
• Design data models, KPIs, and semantic layers.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Work with business users to ensure reports are useful and adopted.

Requirements

Required Skills

• SQL, data modelling, ETL, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Good understanding of data warehouses, lake-houses, and reporting concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Data-bricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
