Senior AI & Data Science Engineer

Role Purpose

Design and deliver AI, data science, and Agentic AI solutions that solve business problems and create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases with business teams.
• Build machine learning and data science models.
• Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompts, and AI agents.
• Prepare and analyse data for AI use cases.
• Evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Support responsible AI, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Explain AI capabilities and limitations in business language.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Python, machine learning, data science, model evaluation, and GenAI tools.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, APIs, or AI agents.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, or similar tools.
