POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will work with NIST/OISM SharePoint/Server/Network/infrastructure administrators on the following tasks and coordinate with the development team to understand the business requirements to provide solutions architecture/infrastructure, system security, and overall process.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the MEP Enterprise Information System (MEIS) across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable application solutions in collaboration with NIST/OISM and development teams.
  • Perform application bug fixes, defect remediation, code changes, configuration updates, and minor system enhancements to maintain operational stability.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, reports, database functionality, and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Dun & Bradstreet, and other third-party systems.
  • Support application testing, change/release management, deployments, and post-production validation to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Troubleshoot application incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement technical solutions to recurring system and user issues.
  • Support application security, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and compliance with applicable NIST, CISA, and FISMA requirements.
  • Maintain application code, technical documentation, and configuration/version-control records in GitLab, while supporting user documentation and knowledge transfer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8+ years’ related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT field from an accredited US university,
  • Expertise in ASP.Net/.NET Framework, J2EE, OOD, OOP, WSDL, Web Services, developing solutions within RDBMS, JQuery, JavaScript, VBScript, GitLab, Visual Studio, LLBLGen Pro, Kendo, Telerik, TFS, JQuery Maps, Salesforce, and SQL Server Reporting Services

The salary or salary range for this role reflects an estimated range informed by multiple compensation factors. Final offers may vary based on considerations such as relevant experience, education and training, critical skillsets, and overall business needs.

Pay range

$130,000—$145,000 USD
