Full stack Developer (Python+React)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an agile development environment.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop backend services, business logic, and database integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture is preferred.
• Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms is an added advantag
• A python developer with working 30% on React projects experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
