Job Openings System Developer Associate Manager

To manage a team of developers and Software support team to Develop and deploy the MIS application

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and as required test enhancements to complex modules
Work with Application Architects/Business Process Architects/Specialists and other System Specialists to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components
Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards
Provide primary support toward installation of application releases into production as directed
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs
Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies
Create operational documentation for the Application
Coordinate work with other Systems Specialists on and across Applications
Provide application/technical support as required, in a timely manner
Review and understand the Application workplan
Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status
Provide input to assist in determining level of effort

Minimum 8 years work experience with focus on software development for minimum of 5 years.
Looking for end-to-end developers -- experience in back-end development for servers and databases and front-end development for web applications and tools
Programming and scripting languages: Visual Basic/Visual Basic 6, SQL Programming/SQL Database, Javascript, HTML 5, XML
Project and people management experience required - will handle approx. 4 FTEs.
Good excellent communication and presentation skills, preferably with knowledge on running operations since will handle estimates of the project
