About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client's team and play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that solutions address real-world challenges while advocating for stakeholder needs throughout the product development lifecycle. Beyond product ownership, you will act as an internal champion, creating and delivering impactful presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that accelerate understanding and adoption across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs and solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.
• Translate technical features into clear, compelling narratives that communicate business value.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to drive adoption.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions effectively address business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and advocacy.
• Proven track record of driving the adoption of technical products across business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, business-focused messaging.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Portfolio of public speaking, blog posts, articles, or other content that showcases communication expertise.

Preferred

• Background in MarTech/AdTech, SQL/data comfort, B2B environments.
• Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics.
• Basic proficiency with query languages (e.g., SQL) or programming concepts.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
