Responsibilities

Architect and create scalable, high-performance features across our full-stack 3D platform
Lead code reviews and help establish engineering standards that inspire the team
Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas tailored for high-throughput use cases
Enhance rendering pipelines and application performance for enterprise-scale deployments
Collaborate closely with design, DevOps, and QA to deliver a cohesive and reliable product

Requirements

7+ years of professional development experience
Experience with React/Next.js
Experience with TypeScript
Solid grasp of 3D graphics programming
Solid grasp of rendering concepts
Solid grasp of WebGL
Strong experience in MongoDB database design
Strong experience in MongoDB query optimization
Strong experience in MongoDB scaling
Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand)
Proficiency in complex application architecture
Experience with GLSL shader programming
Experience tuning graphical performance

Preferred

Experience with containerization (Docker)
Familiarity with A/B testing
Familiarity with analytics platforms
