About the job IT Manager

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Certificates

Preferred Certifications include

• ITIL Foundation (Expert is a plus)
• PMP
• CISSP or CISM
• Microsoft/Cisco certifications.

Computer Literacy

• Advanced computer & technology skills.

Proficiency in

IT infrastructure and network management tools, ERP/PMS systems, ITSM/helpdesk platforms , MS Office.

Languages

English fluent. Arabic is a plus.

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-site environments is preferred.
• Experience overseeing ERP/PMS systems and IT support teams is a strong advantage.
