Senior Site Reliability Engineer New York, NY

Seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, high-performance enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. This role will help establish SRE best practices and ensure the stability, scalability, and automation of key systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize containerized services, integrations, and batch processes.
• Automate workflows, reduce manual operations, and enhance system resilience.
• Develop monitoring and alerting solutions for uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to improve transparency, security, and development velocity.
• Simplify complex systems and communicate progress to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Strong Linux administration and Python scripting skills.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code and configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Compensation

Base salary range

$150,000 - $250,000 plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
