We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Credit Financial Services team. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our credit systems and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our Indonesian customers. This role requires a proficient Mandarin speaker who can effectively manage product lifecycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the credit system and actively engage with local financial institutions for product audits and demonstrations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication through well-crafted presentation materials and other forms of communication.
• Identify and address user pain points specific to the Indonesian market; collaborate with the local operations team to propose and implement product optimization strategies.
• Design and develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents to guide the development process.
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a product management role, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, capable of facilitating effective discussions among stakeholders.
• Ability to convey complex business or technical information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability.
• Demonstrated leadership with a commitment to driving team success and strong ownership of projects.
