• Strong Automotive background with in-depth understanding of Instrument cluster features
• Complete understanding of product life cycle.
• Able to groom the backlog items by work breakdown at different layers of application SW development.
• On the job experience of performing Scrum Master role
• Knowledge on CAN, LIN, CMM CRS, Middleware knowhow
• Good hold on Diagnostics topics (like UDS, CDD etc.)
• Knowledge of Kanzi/QT/CGI is an added advantage
• Need complete understanding of vehicle architecture.
• Require good understanding of defining and maintaining KPIs.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Planning: Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, align with stakeholders (including supplier).
• Execution: Able to define DoR, DoD and maintain the Scrum boards/Kanban boards to achieve systematic burndown of the stories.
• Prioritization: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and reflects the needs of the business. Continuously refine and prioritize open tasks at hand based on feedback and changing priorities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams to ensure a clear progress of different development teams ( Middleware, HMI Application and Model Development teams)
• Project Status: Maintain clear and concise documentation of project status.
• Stakeholders Engagement: Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless progress.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality: Strategize & drive the end-to-end SOP cycle with utmost quality.
• Team Management: Leads and motivates the project team, ensuring effective collaboration.

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics and Communication/ Instrumentation Engineering

Product Owner certification is preferred
