Product Manager

Daimler Buses Portugal is looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Department at our Abrunheira, Sintra location. The ideal candidate should have previous experience, preferably in the bus industry, and demonstrate initiative, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills.

• Preparation of commercial sales proposals.
• Logistics management of orders with the factories (Germany, Turkey, and Sámano).
• Technical support to the sales team.
• Vehicle configuration using Daimler Buses' proprietary vehicle configuration systems.
• Support in the implementation of e-Mobility solutions.
• Management of vehicle invoicing and customer payments.
• Processing of vehicle homologation/certification procedures.
• Registration management with the IMT (Portuguese Institute for Mobility and Transport).
• Travel and business trip coordination.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, Technological, or another field relevant to the role).
• Professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably within the bus industry.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant IT applications and tools (SAP, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
• Additional training in the automotive industry, such as specialized technical courses in Buses or Commercial Vehicles, will be considered an asset.
• English proficiency at C1 level; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.
