Design, build, test, deploy, and operate enterprise AI and Generative AI capabilities
Develop Python-based AI services, prompt workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
Configure and integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and AKS
Implement effective prompt engineering and retrieval strategies
Develop automated evaluation frameworks to assess model and application performance
Monitor AI application quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost
Apply Responsible AI principles across solution design and deployment
Implement security, privacy, compliance, and data-handling requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks

5–7 years of experience in software, data, machine learning, or AI engineering
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents
Proficiency in Python for AI application development
Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Functions
Experience with AKS, Azure API Management, and Microsoft Fabric
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, and function calling
Experience developing APIs, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or Engineering
Experience working in enterprise environments with security and governance requirements
