Purpose

We are looking for a talented computer systems or engineering professional to join our Site Operations team and play a crucial role in providing site system support for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our CMMS, generating insightful reports, metrics, and conducting valuable data analysis.

With your strong technical expertise, you will be able to effectively troubleshoot any system issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Additionally, your analytical skills will be used as you analyze data collected by our CMMS, allowing us to make informed business decisions and optimize our operations. In this role, you will not only be utilizing your technical knowledge but also providing Business Excellence Support. This means that you will actively contribute to improving our overall business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Site Administration and provide technical support for Maximo, Cognos, and Mobile Program.
  • Manage department SOP change management and delivers Maximo site training.
  • Monitor environmental changes and identify future problems and opportunities.
  • Support and maintain an effective training plan and new system functionality; provide site support and resolve user issues with performance, availability, and functionality.
  • Perform application information analysis and conduct thorough site data auditing and reporting.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to support reliability improvements and optimization within RCMs.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities and system upgrades; review plans, track implementation status, and assess implementation quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining methods, designs, and processes; implement innovations and cost reductions, including AI applications.
  • Diagnose root causes, identify customer needs, and recommend changes to products or services to better meet network-wide requirements.
  • Support the Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, MSRs, data analysis, and internal/external audits.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to detect maintenance trends, improve system performance, and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and interpret dashboards, reports, and data models to translate CMMS, reliability, and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
  • Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
  • Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
  • Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
  • Must have a strong customer focus.
