Continuous Process Improvement (Agile Mindset) on QA/System failure issues
Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access management
System configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalation
Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Service Desk / Help Desk Operations
IT Operations or Application Support
System Administration
Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.

Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.
Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologie
