About the job TPM Product Owner

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the product vision and execution for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) . This role will also drive the Aurora (SAP S/4HANA) transformation efforts
• . The candidate will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle across solutions such as CAS and Promax.
• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing sales applications and platforms with deep exposure to TPM .
• This individual will work closely with commercial business teams, global IT counterparts, external partners, and architecture leaders to deliver scalable, configurable, and future-ready platforms aligned with global sales strategies.
• Own and lead product strategy and execution for TPM .
• Drive the modernization and re-platforming TPM solutions in alignment with the Aurora (S/4HANA) initiative.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and user needs.
• Partner with regional Sales, IT, and external vendors to deliver capabilities that enable executional excellence.
• Provide architectural inputs for solution evolution and ensure compatibility with enterprise IT strategy.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle of platforms including CAS and Promax
• Ensure business continuity, system stability, and compliance with internal security and control frameworks.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and training efforts across geographies.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives including S/4HANA migrations.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles, system integrations, and data flows in commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to operate in complex matrixed organizations, working across regions and time zones.
• Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a strong plus.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tangible business value.
