Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust back-end systems and architectures
• Integrate and optimize various back-end services implementing domain-driven design with hexagonal architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent architecture and enhanced performance
• Implement and oversee integration of new tools like Temporal.io into existing systems
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required experience

• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and back-end development frameworks like nest.js
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and database design
• Familiarity with implementing authentication protocols and identity management
• Strong experience designing and implementing both synchronous and asynchronous (REST) APIs
• Strong experience developing for/in distributed systems and containerized environments (Kubernetes / AWS ECS)
• Proficient understanding of communication protocols: WebSocket, REST, and GraphQL
