KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and designs the system requirements
• Capable in creating designs/functional specifications and test plan documents for development
• Adept in developing or implementing new application enhancements
• Capable in communicating with the Project Client and Onshore counterparts regarding programming needs and technical deliverables
• Capable to coach and mentor junior resources in their technical/code deliverable

TO QUALIFY

• Minimum 3 years of experience in JAVA/J2SE
• Knowledgeable in Design Patterns

Preferred skills

o Experience using Eclipse RCP Plug-in Development o Experience using Acceleo –MTL (Model to Text Language) o Experience using C/C++,C#, Cobol, and Reporting Tool – BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools project)
