Job Description

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development
• Minimum of 1-2 major PHP version migrations
• 1 project in PHP 8/8.1
• Experience working with Rector
• Able to work with US Eastern time Zone
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL
• Strong knowledge in Angular JS
• Experience with front-end JavaScript patterns (MVVM)
• Experience with client and server-side scripting
• Knowledge of Web Services, RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with JavaScript build and test automation systems such as Gulp, Grunt, Wepback
• Familiarity with best testing practices and frameworks such Karma, Jasmine, PHPUnit

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining web applications
• Bring new concepts and features to products
• Maintain and improve core functionality
• Contribute to all phases of the product life cycle
• Produce test driven code with coverage
• Maintains compliance with standards and conventions in developing programs.
• Conducts systems tests, monitors test results, and takes appropriate corrective action for the non-routine issues
