Your work will directly impact successful deployments, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, technical requirements, and desired business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows, integrations, automations, and scalable solution designs.
  • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions while supporting customers through successful go-live and adoption.
  • Build and customize workflow automations using APIs, scripts, low-code platforms, and integration technologies.
  • Diagnose technical issues involving integrations, data flows, APIs, authentication, and automation workflows, and drive blockers through resolution.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Share deployment insights and customer feedback with product and engineering teams to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience delivering production integrations.
  • 4–8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or a comparable language, with the ability to build and debug production integration logic.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth, API keys, and basic SSO.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms, CI/CD processes, and basic observability or monitoring tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Superset for data validation and demonstrating business impact.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, lead technical discussions, and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in consulting, early-stage startup, or other environments that require a high degree of ownership and adaptability.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
  • Experience developing RAG pipelines, prompt and evaluation strategies, AI observability, or AI guardrails.
  • Previous experience working directly on-site or embedded with enterprise clients during implementation.
