Welcome to the PrismHR Global Careers Page!
Join us! We are on a mission of caring. Caring for our employees, the backbone of our company and what makes our culture unique. It's as simple and straightforward as that. The work our employees do inside our walls matters just as much as the life they lead outside of them. We understand this philosophy and we go to great lengths to ensure our employees are well taken care of. We treat our workplace like a community, a place where people bond around shared values, feel a sense of worth and have a clear voice in decisions that affect them and the company.
We offer competitive benefits packages, perks, community and fun (remotely and in person). This allows our employees to experience the best of both worlds: a creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment and real work life balance with flexible schedules and connected, communicative, virtual environments, that ensure our remote employees feel as connected as our hybrid office employees.
Our Hiring Philosophy
It's more than just a job for us, it's your career. It's a journey of both learning and development as well as opportunity and self improvement. Your journey at PrismHR starts here. Here, you will find all of our global job openings, and match your experience to decide the next steps in your career path.
What you will bring is talent and expertise to augment, improve and take our teams to the next level. We will provide the tools and resources and surround you with knowledgeable and collaborative colleagues to support you along the way.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
