Minimum 12 years of relevant IT or Operations experience
Minimum 3 years of Management experience in specific Technology platforms or products:
Software or Application Development and Integration
Packaged Application Products - SAP, Oracle, other specialized
Testing CoE - Advanced Testing
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in at least 3 of the following activities:
Interpreting the market
Develop new capabilities - Build new skills
Incubate new technology delivery teams
Develop assets and accelerators around products or services
Develop market alignment plans and drive demand pipeline with alliances
Support sales processes with Technology Acumen
Budget and Program Management
Design and implement up skill programs for existing skill pools
Preferred technical background in SAP, Oracle, Web or Cloud Applications, Integration and Testing
Excellent communication Skills
Familiar with IT market dynamics in particular, technologies that are hot in the industry or market
Willing to travel for short term seminars and client presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Technology certification is a plus
