  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Lendi Group’s internal agentic products and shared customer communications capabilities, aligning investment with customer, broker and business outcomes.
  • Lead the development, adoption and optimisation of Broker GPT, Pricing Agent, Valuation Agent, Deal Ready Agent and emerging internal agents.
  • Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI and automation across broker and operational workflows, using discovery and evidence to determine when agentic, deterministic or operational solutions are the best path to value.
  • Define MVPs, pilots, rollout plans and success measures for agentic products, ensuring experiences are scalable, accurate, trusted and compliant by design.
  • Shape the enabling product strategy and roadmap for customer communications across agentic chat, SMS, voice, outbound dialler, WhatsApp and emerging messaging technologies.
  • Partner with Product Managers across Lendi Group to understand domain and channel needs, establish reusable communications capabilities and enable coherent customer experiences without duplicating ownership.
  • Own the roadmap, governance, adoption and performance of Lendi Group’s established WhatsApp integration, while contributing product expertise to commercial and vendor discussions.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and QA, setting clear priorities and maintaining disciplined discovery, delivery and release planning.
  • Align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, AI, Legal, Compliance, Operations and go-to-market teams, and represent the portfolio in governance forums with clear communication of priorities, performance, dependencies and risks.
  • Establish and monitor measures across broker productivity, agent quality and trust, product adoption, customer contactability and engagement, using evidence to prioritise and continuously improve the portfolio.
  • Manage and coach a Product Manager, strengthening product practice, prioritisation, commercial judgement and customer-centric thinking.
  • Demonstrated success operating at Senior Product Manager level, owning complex digital products, platforms or customer journeys from strategy through delivery, adoption and optimisation.
  • Proven experience delivering digital products in a highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of risk, privacy, consent, governance and compliance-by-design.
  • Proven experience building and delivering AI-enabled or agentic products, with hands-on product experience across agentic workflows, conversational experiences, evaluation, accuracy, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong end-to-end product management capability across strategy, discovery, prioritisation, MVP definition, experimentation, delivery and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Compliance and commercial teams.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional product teams, including coaching Product Managers and creating clarity and momentum without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong customer and commercial judgement, with the ability to balance user needs, business value, operational efficiency, scalability and risk.
  • Strong technical fluency and data literacy, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand platforms and integrations, define meaningful success measures and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Experience with customer communications platforms, conversational AI, contact centres, CRM, voice, messaging or omnichannel orchestration is highly desirable.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage broking or property will be highly regarded.
