Gather requirements, prioritize backlog items, and execute feature development to meet the $25M GBV goal
Define and refine Yourgi's feature set to match customer and center needs, ensuring parity with the Gingr Customer Portal
Develop and optimize processes for new-center onboarding to drive efficient platform utilization
Serve as the main point of contact for feedback and product advocacy, guiding cross-functional teams toward key enhancements
Work with QA and support teams to streamline issue resolution, optimize Zendesk workflows, and boost customer satisfaction
Oversee the Yourgi training library, maintaining and delivering training materials for center staff
Analyze user behavior, support trends, and product metrics to inform feature prioritization and strategic decisions
Partner with design teams to ensure intuitive, user-centric experiences and conduct usability research

3+ years of experience using, developing, or supporting pet practice management platforms
Familiarity with software design processes and continuous user feedback loops
Proven track record of working with engineering teams to define and deliver product requirements
Ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and value propositions to diverse stakeholders

Knowledge of market trends and pet-related services
Experience refining QA or customer support workflows
Understanding of Scrum or similar product development frameworks
Proficient in creating and presenting data-driven product roadmaps and performance updates
