2 - 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on development with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address business requirements
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and asynchronous Apex for complex business logic and integrations
Build, test, and deploy scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensure seamless integration with existing Salesforce modules
Leverage SOQL, data modeling, and flow automation to ensure robust data management and process automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines
Implement and maintain sharing, security, and access controls in alignment with organizational policies
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification

This role requires working in night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM IST for a long-term managed services project
