Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and Go-To-Market strategies for assigned products
• Develop annual marketing plans and manage A&P budgets
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Drive digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives
• Work closely with sales teams, including field support activities
• Plan and execute trade marketing programs with key retail partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, and regulatory) to ensure smooth execution
• Guide and mentor Product Executives

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
