Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of high-quality, user-centered digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing user experience strategies, ensuring design consistency, and enhancing usability across our software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for the importance of User Experience within the organization and educate teams on UX best practices.
• Design user-centric solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to address complex business and user challenges.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development across platforms.
• Identify UX issues and propose actionable solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate user feedback, analytics, and usability findings to optimize the user experience.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate closely with two Scrum teams responsible for software maintenance and enhancement.
• Conduct UX research using methods such as user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, laboratory studies, and analytics evaluation.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a comprehensive portfolio of relevant projects.
• Experience leading design sprints and facilitating collaborative problem-solving sessions, including with senior personnel.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within an Agile sprint framework.
• Strong commitment to design excellence and user experience.
• Competence in delivering presentations and influencing design decisions effectively.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
• Knowledge of browser and device compatibility issues, including responsive design considerations.
• Practical experience in user research and application of design thinking methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with staff at all organizational levels.
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
• Practical knowledge of Design Thinking principles.

• Basic HTML and CSS proficiency.
• Experience designing SaaS applications.
• Mobile-first design expertise.
• Experience contributing to multiple cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
