Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to deliver standard business operations services, ensuring the retention of existing customers. The role involves incident resolution, problem reporting, and event monitoring to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely detection of events to avert critical incidents or proactively manage their outcomes.
• Create incidents for all critical events and escalate them as necessary to guarantee the shortest resolution timeframe.
• Monitor systems to identify potential issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Incident Resolution & Problem Reporting:
• Analyze and resolve operational incidents in a timely manner.
• Identify recurring issues and report problems for long-term resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc or B.Eng. in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
• Understanding of electronic funds transfer processing.
• Basic knowledge of networking and file transfer protocols.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line operations.
• Knowledge of Python programming.
• Ability to analyze traces and data for problem resolution.
• Familiarity with programming languages for troubleshooting and automation.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
