ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the Portugal team of Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator, working as a CDP Specialist responsible for managing and evolving the customer data platform that powers personalisation, audience activation, and commercial growth. This is a role that sits at the intersection of marketing technology and technical integration — part platform administration, part API-driven data engineering — ideal for someone coming from a CRM, CMS, or MarTech background who is ready to own a critical data platform end-to-end.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be supporting and evolving the Tealium Customer Data Platform, working closely with IT, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to deliver reliable customer data integrations, audience activation, and platform performance. The scope spans both operational platform management — configuring audiences, push notifications, and website personalisation — and technical integration work, including APIs, webhooks, and maintaining data flows across systems. Prior Tealium experience is not required — what matters is the ability to handle integrations and platform complexity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Technology platforms, or customer data integrations
• Experience with at least one CDP or MarTech platform — such as Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Bloomreach, mParticle, or similar; Tealium experience is a plus but not required
• Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, and webhooks, with practical experience supporting or building data integrations between systems
• Familiarity with SQL and customer data models, sufficient to support data quality and audience configuration work
• Ability to configure and maintain customer attributes, audiences, and activation capabilities for marketing and commercial use cases
• Experience performing QA on platform configurations and integrations to ensure data quality and operational reliability
• Comfortable maintaining platform documentation, integration mappings, and operational standards
• Able to work effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders — translating requirements across teams
• Comfortable working within or alongside IT and Engineering teams on integration projects
• English B2 or above
• Based in Portugal, available to work fully remotely

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Tealium AudienceStream specifically
• Experience integrating customer data with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
• Familiarity with digital analytics or tag management platforms (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4)
• Background in telecommunications, subscription businesses, or high-volume customer environments
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Background in CRM or CMS platforms — transferable experience strongly considered

Compensation

€30.000 to €40.000 gross year plus perks depending on experience and seniority level.
