Deposit Product Management Why Join As a Deposit Product Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the bank's deposit products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work on innovative products that make a real difference in people's lives, and contribute to the bank's growth and success. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and customer needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, and continually monitor and improve existing ones. Your ability to analyze data, think strategically, and collaborate with others will be essential to driving business results. What you do - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends - Design and launch new deposit products, and enhance existing ones - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations - Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure product performance - Develop and manage product roadmaps and business cases Who you are - A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering innovative products that meet customer needs - Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business results Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
